Why are there different packages?
Everyone is different. One size does not fit all. To make it easy, we've grouped the most popular service levels together for you to choose. You know up front what to expect, & it helps us gauge what you want and what you need.
What if I want a mix ?
We will have a particular agreement with you. Tailoring a package to suit you is generally no problem.
How much do your services cost ?
There won't be any surprises. Our fees vary depending on the complexity and volume involved. With fixed fee agreements, you'll know up front. With hourly basis agreements, we'll provide you with an estimate.
With fixed fee agreements, if anything crops up that neither of us expected, or if you need something additional, we'll agree on a change in fees before proceeding.
How does the Guarantee Work?
Our personal guarantee is here and our business guarantee is here. They're different because the relationships are different.
How does the Insurance work?
A tax audit can be expensive, even if nothing's wrong. AIB have insurance to cover the professional expenses incurred. More details here
I'm happy with my existing accountant, but would you to help me with some things?
No problem. We often work with clients on specific one-off projects.
How do I change to you? I'm embarrassed to tell my existing accountant.
